XOPS

The Platform

Why XOPS agents can do
what other agents can’t.

Executing an action is not the same as owning the outcome. XOPS agents are trusted to finish the work, because the platform answers the three questions every CIO asks before letting an agent act.

Question 1 · How the agents know what to do

Every system knows part of the truth.
XOPS maintains the complete picture.

ServiceNow knows the ticket. Workday knows the employee. Intune knows the device. Procurement knows what was bought. XOPS continuously reconciles those records into one operational Position for every employee, device, license, vendor, site and AI agent, so each agent decides from current facts, and holds what it can’t yet resolve instead of guessing.

One graph, your agents, any surface: the Living Knowledge Graph at the center, nine XOPS AI agents working from it, and the surfaces people already use, Microsoft Teams, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, BI analytics, Outlook and Operator.

Where XOPS fits

Your systems manage their part. Who owns the outcome?

Systems of record

ServiceNow, Workday, Intune and Coupa run their own records and workflows well, and stay authoritative for them.

Integration platforms

Workato and similar tools move data and run the workflows you define. Someone still owns whether the outcome happened.

AI assistants

Copilots answer questions and take actions when asked. A person still decides what should happen next.

XOPS agents

Each one is responsible for an outcome across all of those systems, acts within your policy and verifies the result.

How XOPS fits with ServiceNow, Workato and the rest of your stack

Question 2 · How you can trust them to act

Every action is governed.
Every outcome is verified.

An agent acts only inside the policy, permissions and approval gates you set. XOPS executes approved actions across your systems, coordinates changes that would otherwise collide, and handles failures through recovery and escalation your policy defines. Changes are written back only to the systems that should change.

Know

Agents decide from current, reconciled facts, not a stale report or one system’s view.

Act

Work is carried out across the systems you already run, without a person coordinating every step.

Verify

Results are confirmed in each system, exceptions are routed to their owner, and every action is logged.

Authoritative systems each hold evidence about what they own. Weaver resolves entities, reconciles that evidence and preserves disagreement. The Operating Position holds the current state, including conflicting and unknown values, in a decision-ready form. XOPS AI agents, each accountable for an outcome, work from that Position, decide with Cortex inside your policy, and act through Convergence and Arbiter, which coordinate, execute, verify and recover. Governed updates are written back only to the systems that should change.

Weaver, Cortex, Convergence Engine and Arbiter are XOPS platform components, each explained in the technical architecture below.

The technical architecture
Position
The continuously maintained, decision-ready state of an entity, built from source-attributed evidence: what is true now, where sources disagree, what is unknown, who owns it and what policy applies.
Weaver
Resolves the same entity across systems, reconciles their evidence into the Living Knowledge Graph and preserves disagreement rather than averaging it away.
Cortex
Exposes the Position through one governed interface: UI for operators, API for workflows, MCP for AI assistants.
Convergence Engine
Turns a declared outcome into a governed execution plan, with recovery steps defined for actions that can be undone and approval or escalation for those that can’t.
Arbiter
Coordinates changes that collide on the same employee, device or account, so concurrent work doesn’t race across systems.
Configuration as Code
Holds your declared policies and outcomes, so drift from them is detected and remediated.

Question 3 · How you know the work was done

Verified work.
Before the cost locks in.

An agent doesn’t close the work until the result is confirmed in every system involved. A dashboard tells you what was spent. XOPS tells you who’s accountable, and makes the next step happen before the money is committed.

Unused software licenses reclaimed

Before the renewal, not after the audit.

Devices recovered before replacement

Performance-based, not calendar-based.

Mobile plans cancelled before billing cycles

Tied to the employee event that triggered it.

Vendor commitments aligned before renewal

Leverage assembled before the decision window closes.

AI spend attributed before invoice

Every employee assistant and every autonomous agent tied to an owner, a budget, and a cost center, the same Position discipline applied to your newest workforce.

Fewer handoffsOperators stop stitching tickets across systems. They set policy and own the exceptions.

Records that match realityWorkday, Okta, ServiceNow and Intune agree continuously, not at the next reconciliation pass.

Failures handled by policyRecovery and escalation are defined up front, so a partial failure doesn’t become a cleanup project.

Customer proof

Deployment

You configure your policies. You don’t build every workflow.

Onboarding a hire, refreshing a laptop, recovering a device and reclaiming a license follow common patterns, and XOPS has already built them. Each enterprise sets its own policies, approvals and exceptions on top. The platform is ready in week 1: enable the agent for the use case you care about most, and add agents as you go.

Put an agent to work

See your agents take responsibility
for the work.

Platform ready in week 1. Your first agent goes live when your team signs off, without replacing the stack you already run.
